<aside> 2️⃣ 1 Organizer/Company in 1 Booth

• You cannot run a booth with other companies/organizers or hold a collaboration exhibition.

<aside> 3️⃣ Companies That Are Only Distributors Cannot Participate

• Companies that only sell goods of other artists or designers whose designs are not their own creations cannot participate.
• Companies that are only distributors, which are not exclusive importers or manufacturers cannot participate. ※ If you are exclusive importers, you can participate.

<aside> 3️⃣ Corner Booth - You can enjoy a slightly higher promotional effect by being exposed to two corridors.

• It is allocated on a first-come, first-served and additional costs(USD 200) will be incurred after allocation is completed.

• Cancellation is not possible after the corner booth arrangement, so please choose carefully before applying.

• Distribution box for booth electricity may inevitably be installed in the corner booth.

<aside> 4️⃣ Additional Utility

• If you want additional utility, you can apply for it after confirmation.
• If the installation of additional utilities outside the area of provision causes damage, there may be restrictions on participation in the next fairs.
• Application period for additional utility: Approximately 1 month before the fair is held.
• Basic provisions: 1 Desk, 1 Chair, 1 Electric Outlet, 3 Spotlight

<aside> 5️⃣ Booth Discount

• If you have participated in the fair (SIFV.15, BIFV.4, SIFV.16) held in 2023 as of the date of application, you can receive a 5% discount on the participation price.
• The discount do not apply multiple times.
• Even if you have participated more than once, the discount will only be applied once.
